Preserving Our Rain Forests

When you purchase Andre Boas gift boxes, we will take a percentage of your sale and make a donation in your name to The Amazon International Rainforest Reserve (AIRR). That’s right — a percentage of your sale will be used to purchase acres of rainforest that will be protected by the government and turned in a national park.

The Amazon International Rainforest Reserve is a non-profit organization set up exclusively to save land in the Amazon and protect it with forest rangers.

AIRR’s Mission

Primary Mission: To preserve and protect the Amazon Rainforest for future generations and the wellbeing of the planet through significant land purchases and the creation of guarded preserves.

Secondary Mission: To foster global awareness of the importance of the rainforest through education and research in an effort to mobilize support for it preservation.

Goals & Objectives

AIRR seeks to purchase and protect forty million acres in the rainforest of Amazonia in twenty phases over the next twenty years. Forty million acres represent nearly a quarter of the Amazonia rainforest and is sufficient enough to insure the proper functioning of the Amazon Rainforest ecosystem in its planetary role as a chief supplier of oxygen and fresh water. In short, what AIRR seeks to do is to save a paradise and natural global powerhouse that in spite of its immensity and its importance to the planet is powerless to save itself.

Objective #1
To preserve an additional 1,000,000 acres of Amazon Rainforest in its present natural state.

Objective #2
To protect from encroachment an additional 1,000,000 acres of Amazon Rainforest.

How Will The Success Of This Be Measured?
By the overwhelmingly large number of plant and animal species that remain the same from year to year.
