Minimum Order
$125.00 minimum order. Orders will be invoiced at prevailing prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Freight
Orders are shipped FOB Bethlehem, PA. Inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. Shortages and/or damages from transportation must be signed for as such at the time of delivery, and reported within 15 days of receipt. West coast orders are prorated as if shipped from Phoenix, AZ.
Returns/Credits
All returns must be authorized in writing, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credits and/or returns will not be issued for merchandise that is returned without prior written authorization.
Custom Boxes
750 box minimum, sizes combined, for color and/or hot stamped box orders. Lead times begin from the receipt of a completely approved order. An order is considered completely approved when all artwork, proofing, and color selections have been received by the company.

Custom Box Colors
2,500 box minimum order required (sizes combined). $150 per PMS ink matching charge. Short lids have a 2,500 minimum and 500 box minimum per color.
Hot Stamping
Available in gloss, matte, or metallic, the following colors can be hot stamped at a cost of $95 per thousand, $95 minimum.

Custom color hot stamp films are available at an upcharge. 2,500 box minimum order required (sizes combined).
Plates
An initial plate charge applies to all new hot stamped box orders. A maximum logo size of 3" high by 5" wide applies for price quoted. Logos are placed either centered on the box lid or in the lower right corner. Placement anywhere other than these locations incurs a special placement charge. If multiple sizes of plates will be used, plate change charges will be additional.
